Welcome to YTL Fashion. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") apply to your use of our website at ytlgrp.com (the "Site") and to any purchase you make from us. "YTL Fashion", "we", "us" and "our" mean the business that operates the Site, and "you" means the person visiting the Site or placing an order. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by customs, carriers or other events outside our control. Please make sure your delivery address is correct, as we are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address that you provided.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Dubai, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence says otherwise.
